We have a complete, comprehensive curriculum that Ready-Set-Grow developed:
- Letters, numbers, and social/emotional skills are introduced or reviewed each week as part of our preschool program.
- Other basic academic skills are practiced daily, such as, name recognition, patterning, sorting, etc.
- Lessons and activities are based around weekly themes, such as "All About Me" or "Dental Health".
- Weekly themes include learning about social studies (regions of the world) and the sciences.
- Authors and illustrators are introduced as we read theme-related books.
- Music and movement is a big part of each day as the children dance and sing with the teachers. Gross motor fun is a big part of each day!
- Art, literacy, writing, and math are explored in center-based learning areas, as well as during free play.
- Free play based learning is a very important part of each child's day.
